Our Program provides special pricing for customers on a one time purchase, one year contract or time dependent pricing. Pricing offered really depends on the customers sales level and your relationship. Typically, we set special pricing for 10-20 products that they buy regularly. These prices are displayed automatically only when the customer accesses their online web store account.
Our new state-of-the-art technology platform is designed to automatically monitor the “big box” stores prices and adjust our pricing to always be below theirs over the Web. I’m not saying that we will always have the best price on every item, 100% of the time. What I am stating is that your customers total shopping cart price should be at least 1% below the “big box” prices online.
We can afford passing on savings to your customers in the form of lower pricing because we have a much lower cost supply chain to the wholesalers than the "big box" stores and we have little to no inventory or overhead. They have chosen to invest billions of dollars in physical storefronts, advertising, truck fleets and inventory. We do not. To quote Office Depot's 2002 Annual Report: "Startup operations that are heavily focused on Internet sales may be able to compete with us very effectively in the areas of price and selection." They further acknowledge in the same report that companies like ours can "price these offerings lower than we do." As stated above we have a pricing structure that will beat the "big box" stores pricing by 1% online. We cannot catch every item every time since our price files are loaded quarterly and the "big box" stores pricing is updated weekly but, the majority of the item prices do come in below.
Note: If you ever notice that an item price is out of line, contact us immediately and we will adjust the price accordingly. Our goal is to always provide competitive pricing that beats the “big box” retailer’s online. |
